Privacy Policy
Short version: this site is static, and we do not ask you for anything.
What we collect
Probably Stolen Wiki does not ask you to create an account or submit personal information. There are no forms on this site. We use analytics to see which pages are read and third-party advertising networks — Google AdSense and Adsterra — to fund it, as described below.
Hosting records
The site is served by a third-party static hosting provider. Like any web host, it records standard technical request data such as IP address, user agent and requested URL, for security and reliability purposes. We do not combine this with any other information and we do not use it to identify individuals.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and which device types they use. We use it only to decide what to write next. We do not sell this data or attempt to identify individual visitors. Google's handling of the data it receives is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
You can opt out entirely with Google's browser opt-out add-on, or by blocking analytics scripts in your browser or extension of choice. Nothing on this site depends on analytics working.
Advertising
This site uses Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and similar technologies to serve, measure and personalise ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use advertising cookies to serve ads based on visits to this site or other sites.
You can manage personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings.
This site also uses Adsterra, a third-party advertising network, to fill ad placements inside articles. Adsterra and the advertisers it works with may use cookies, device and browser identifiers, IP addresses and similar technologies to select ads, measure how they perform and limit how often the same ad is shown. That data is collected by Adsterra under its own privacy policy, not by us — we never receive it, and we do not pass anything about you to Adsterra.
You can opt out by declining non-essential cookies where a consent prompt is offered, by using the opt-out controls published by Adsterra on its own website, or by blocking ad scripts with a browser setting or extension. As with analytics, nothing on this site depends on advertising working — every page is fully readable with ad scripts blocked.
Cookies and local storage
Google Analytics sets its own first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) to tell repeat visits apart. They contain a randomly generated identifier. Google AdSense, Adsterra and their advertising partners may also place or read cookies when advertising is served, subject to your consent choices where required. Probably Stolen Wiki does not itself use cookies to collect information submitted through forms or accounts.
External links
We link to Steam and other external sites. Those services have their own privacy policies, which govern anything you do once you leave this site.

Any material change to this policy will be reflected on this page along with its verification date.
